Successful candidate will be responsible for heading the Business Development Department
and the key role will be leading & motivating team in order to achieve targets
(statistical as well as qualitative). He/She will also be responsible for developing

consistently closing business on a monthly/quarterly basis in order to meet or exceed
targets.
